Next Tehillim Group

If you are a woman or young girl who is able to recite Tehillim, please join us to recite the Sefer Tehillim.

Please note, the Tehillim is recited in the comfort of your own home, garden or wherever you are.

To those reciting Tehillim, please make sure to recite your Tehillim during daylight hours i.e. any time from (Halachic) midnight to (Halachic) sunset. The Kaballah teaches us only to recite Tehillim during these hours (i.e. not from (Halachic) sunset until the (Halachic midnight.) For more info about the time of Chatzos - Halachic midnight, see:

A final Point: Since our Tehillim Group is now taking place on Shabbos, we will not be making Specific Requests. Instead, using the wording from the Siddur for those whose names are read at the Sefer Torah for a healing, we ask Hashem that in the merit of the Tehillim and the Holyness of Shabbos, He remember the person for whatever they require.
