Happy News to Share

I was going to write a blog post about our latest Kallah, but went off to do an errand and now have a wonderful interruption. Forgive me for the detour, but I think it is worth it. As you read the post below, I hope the above image will make sense. They say Olam Chessed Yibane. The world is built on acts of loving kindness.

Mazal Tov! Mazal Tov!

Just met one of our Chatanim from a year ago when out doing errands. So special to hear they are preparing for the Pidyan HaBen of their first child.

The Chatan (new Abba) asked to say thank you to all those who donated items for their home. Every item given is being used and is appreciated.

The Kallah from this couple was orphaned from her father. They received a whole bundle of items for their new home from items needed for the Shabbos table to make-up to blankets and a new leather handbag for the Kallah and a Tallit for the Kallah to give to the Chatan. The Chatan mentioned that every item given is of value to them and used all the time.

Thank you to everyone who has donated to our Bayit Chadash Gemach. This is what it is all about. By giving to an orphan Kallah with items that are needed and important to her, you free her of the stress that is created from a lack and help her to build her own home, start her own family and so a new world is created.
